Stone Coyote Productions

Stone Coyote Productions along with Garden Gate Films is  a complete production and post production studio.

It began in 1997 with a collaboration of writer/director VICTORIA ROSE SAMPSON and writer/director/producer CHANTAL MARIE. Together they produced the award winning short film CLICK THREE TIMES, starring Isabel Sanford ("The Jeffersons"). Since then, they've produced, written, directed, edited over 24 commercials, short films and short documentaries.

Victoria hails from Hollywood from birth! Born to a film editor and B movie director, Sherman Rose and sound editor Kay Rose, Vickie worked with her mom for many years and together they worked on "New York, New York," "The Rose," "Ordinary People," "On Golden Pond," "Prince of Tides," "For the Boys," and "The River," which made Kay Rose the first woman sound editor to win an Oscar for Best Sound Editing.

Vickie continued in her mother's footsteps and supervised the sound on "Clan of the Cave Bear," "Donnie Darko," "Frailty," Guarding Tess" and many others. She has also Supervised ADR on "Speed," (which won an Oscar for best sound editing) "Red Eye," "Scream 4" and others. As a dialogue supervisor, she has worked on "Here Comes the Boom," "Sex and the City" (both feature films), "Evan Almighty" "Hot Tub Time Machine," "Old Dogs," "Wild Hogs" and more.

Her true love is writing and directing, which she manages to fit in with her busy post production sound work. She also teaches post production sound at Video Symphony, USC, UCLA and AFI as well as guest lectures about the sound and director relationship. Since 2008, Vickie has written and directed over 15 commercials and PSAs which are airing nationally.

Her most recent directing achievement is a 30 second PSA made by Women in Film LA for the Down Syndrome Research and Treatment Foundation. The PSA program pairs charities needing a public service announcement with industry professional to create a free PSA for the deserving charity. (See the DSRTF PSA under VIDEOS)
